Cell Phones:
Please refrain from using cell phones in the spa.
Appointments:
Please arrive approx 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please remember that your appointment is precisely timed & can be shortened due to a late arrival.
Please allow 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Medical:
Please make sure to advise your esthetician or massage therapist of any medical changes prior to beginning your treatment.
Belongings:
Please be careful when bringing jewelry or other valuables into the spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
Purchases:
Purchased spa products may be returned unopened within 2 weeks of purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Checks:
There is a $25 charge for any returned check.
Children:
Due to safety & liability reasons, children are not allowed in the spa or its waiting area.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, services & product only.
